Inflammatory foods like sugar & processed foods can lead to Hair loss. If inflammation isn't lowered, your hair loss will continue no matter what you try to do to stop your hair loss.

I honestly never thought about changing my diet when it came to having healthier hair.  Tabitha's  simple food list & why these foods are important are now part of my grocery list.  My hair now feels stronger & healthier.
